White Collar Glam accepts returns that are postmarked no more than 30 days from the date items are delivered. Items must be returned undamaged and unaltered in order to receive an exchange or refund. Damaged or altered items will be shipped back to you without a refund or opportunity for an exchange. DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used to purchase the item(s).
Returns may take up to 3 business days to process following the date of arrival. Please complete the form below to process your return and receive a shipping label. Once you fill out the form, we will review your information and email you a shipping label you can use to mail your items back. If you prefer not to have White Collar Glam process a shipping label, please enclose your name and order number with the items you are returning and ship to White Collar Glam, 322 W 52nd St. #520, NY, NY 10019.
White Collar Glam is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking information is marked “delivered” and you believe it to be lost or stolen, you can file a claim with the United States Postal Service here.
